LGV Fire

At 18:40 on Tuesday, 3 September, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as LGV Fire in Withcot, Ludlow .

2 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Craven Arms and Ludlow. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Reports of a farm loader on fire. On arrival this was found to be smoke caused by an oil leak of hydraulic fluid. One hose reel jet used to cool machinery down.
