At 08:01 on Thursday, 10 October, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as LGV Fire in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Incident involving overheated brakes. Fire was out on arrival of crews. Crews have cooled area with a hosereel jet and checked temperature of brakes using thermal imaging camera.
