At 01:12 on Saturday, 12 October, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire Persons Reported in Newport.
3 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. Operations and Fire Investigation officers were in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Breathing Apparatus (BA)
- Hosereel jet
- Main jet
Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .
House fire, crews used six breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets and a main jet to extinguish.
