At 15:11 on Friday, 25 October, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Smoke In Area in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Fire involved plastic decking and household waste, crews used two breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets to extinguish.
