At 15:35 on Wednesday, 30 October, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Kidderminster.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Cleobury Mortimer, Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

One male down 20 meter embankment. Rescued using rope rescue team. Assistance from Hereford and Worcester fire service.
