At 12:24 on Sunday, 3 November, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Barn Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances including the Water Carrier and the Water Rescue Unit were mobilised from Baschurch, Shrewsbury and Wem. An Operations officer was in attendance.

This incident was a controlled burn, advice given to owner.
