At 19:13 on Sunday, 1 December, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as AFA in Ironbridge.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford.

Crews were called to reports of the smoke alarm activating, this was found to be a false alarm activation.
