At 20:10 on Monday, 2 December, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire Commercial in Ludlow.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Ludlow. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Reports of alarms activating and smoke from kitchen. This was found to be a false alarm caused by faulty detector head.
