At 07:14 on Saturday, 4 January, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Cruckton, Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Minsterley.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Fire involving 1 garden shed, 4 metres of fencing and 2 metres of hedgerow. Cause believed to be hot ashes.
