At 12:27 on Friday, 10 January, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. Operations and Principal officers were in attendance.

This incident was a false alarm good intent caused by smoke from nearby chimney.
