At 19:41 on Friday, 7 February, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Hopton Wafers.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Cleobury Mortimer.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

2 separate fires, approximately 4m square in size extinguished using 1 hose reel jet.
