At 07:04 on Monday, 17 February, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

Fire Crews assisted female to release her foot from broken floorboards in bathroom. Female now in the care of the Ambulance service.
