At 14:37 on Monday, 17 February, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Church Stretton.

2 fire appliances including the Pinzgauer were mobilised from Church Stretton.

Incident involved approximately 10 square metres of gorse and undergrowth on fire. Fire crews used small tools, knapsacks and shovels.
