At 17:33 on Saturday, 8 March, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Bridgnorth.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

Fire involving approximately 100 tonnes of hay bales.
