At 11:32 on Wednesday, 12 March, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire Persons Reported in Oswestry.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Baschurch, Ellesmere and Oswestry. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Incident involved small fire in microwave due to unattended food.
