At 23:50 on Sunday, 6 April, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Beaters
• Hosereel jet
• Knapsacks

Woodland and vegetation on fire which was extinguished by crews using a hosereel jet, knapsacks and beaters due to several seats of fire within wider area.
