House Fire Persons Reported

At 16:53 on Saturday, 12 April, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire Persons Reported in Shrewsbury.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury, Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Small fire involving electrical appliance which was out on arrival of crews with heavy smoke logging within the property. Crews carried out an inspection using a thermal imaging camera.
