At 10:18 on Sunday, 13 April, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Market Drayton.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Market Drayton.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

One car completely destroyed by fire in middle of field. Crews used one extended hose reel and thermal imaging camera.
