At 15:12 on Sunday, 13 April, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Bridgnorth .

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

One person rescued from 5m down embankment using scoop stretcher.
