At 11:26 on Friday, 25 April, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as AFA in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

This incident was found to be a false alarm caused by fumes from cooking.
