At 12:35 on Friday, 9 May, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Ludlow.

4 fire appliances including the Incident Command Unit and the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Ludlow, Telford Central, Tweedale and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Crews assisted West Midlands Ambulance Service.
