At 08:44 on Wednesday, 25 June, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Tern Hill.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Market Drayton.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire in engine compartment of vehicle due to mechanical fault which was out on arrival of crews.
