At 15:41 on Sunday, 20 July, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

This incident involved a tumble dryer on fire in detached garage. Crews wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire using one hose reel jet.
