At 15:19 on Sunday, 3 August, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Church Stretton and Minsterley.

Crews assisted ambulance to access casualty on the Stiperstones. Casualty now in care of paramedics.
