At 16:03 on Monday, 4 August, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Ellesmere .

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Ellesmere.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Small fire in the conservatory of the property which had started due to an unattended candle, crews used 1 hosereel jet to extinguish the fire and the thermal imaging camera was also in use.
