At 15:47 on Sunday, 10 August, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Bridgnorth.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Cleobury Mortimer.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Fire involving trees and scrub land which crews have extinguished using two hose reel jets and continued to dampen down the area.
