At 03:24 on Wednesday, 13 August, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Non Urgent in Oswestry .

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry.

This incident involved a smoke alarm which had been effected by water, believed to be coming from a newly fitted shower unit. Crews isolated electrics and some lights. Advice has been given to occupier.
