At 11:38 on Friday, 29 August, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Rakes, shovels, mathooks
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire within woodland measuring approx 5m x 5m.
