At 17:04 on Saturday, 6 September, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Caravan Fire in Ellesmere.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Ellesmere and Wem. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Small gear
• Thermal imaging camera

This incident was 1 caravan fully involved in fire, crews used 2 hosereel jets, small gear and the thermal imaging camera was also in use.
