At 05:35 on Saturday, 11 October, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Prees.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Prees and Whitchurch. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera

This incident involves smell of burning within building. Thorough investigation carried out using thermal imaging camera.
