At 20:16 on Friday, 24 October, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Ellesmere and Wem. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

Road traffic collision involving one transit van in to wall. One female casualty released from vehicle using holmatro cutting equipment. Casualty left in the care of West Midlands Ambulance Service
