At 19:29 on Monday, 27 October, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Crews made electric vehicle safe and carried out thorough investigation using gas monitor. Advice given to owner.
