At 15:03 on Sunday, 2 November, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Rtc Persons Trapped.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Wellington.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Road traffic collision involving 3 vehicles. One person trapped. Fire crews extricated the casualty who was transported to hospital by land ambulance.
