At 06:05 on Monday, 3 November, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Short extension ladder
• Thermal imaging camera

This incident was a over heated extractor unit and was producing smoke, crews used 1 hosereel jet, 1 thermal imaging camera and a short extension ladder.
