At 10:23 on Tuesday, 11 November, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Gobowen.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Car fire involving one hatchback vehicle which had collided with a brick wall of a property. Crews damped down engine bay of vehicle using hosereel jet. Thermal imaging camera also in use.
