At 14:54 on Saturday, 10 January, 2026, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent.

3 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Church Stretton, Ludlow and Tweedale. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews from Ludlow, Tweedale and Church Stretton in 4x4 vehicles assisted Severn Trent Water in delivering bottled water to residents with supply issues.
