At 21:18 on Thursday, 11 September, 2014, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Chirk.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Small gear
• Triple/Short extension ladder

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

Fire involving large camper van which was unoccupied.
