At 13:31 on Friday, 12 September, 2014, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Field Of Straw in Bridgnorth.

3 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Bridgnorth.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Beaters
• Hosereel jet

Fire involving 300 metres of straw and Baler beaters and fogging pump in use
