At 17:35 on Sunday, 14 September, 2014, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Animal Rescue in Oswestry.

1 fire appliance was mobilised.

Reports of calf in the canal. Calf walked out of canal without any assistance. No action taken by Fire Service Personnel.
