At 10:26 on Thursday, 18 September, 2014, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Shrewsbury .

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet
• Positive Pressure Ventilation

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Property fire involving 1 bedroom on the second floor 4 breathing apparatus 2 hose reel jet and 1 covering jet positive pressure ventilation fan used
