At 14:43 on Wednesday, 24 September, 2014, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Ellesmere.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Ellesmere, Wellington and Wem.

HGV v Brick wall - No persons trapped, crews made the scene safe only.
