At 10:01 on Monday, 22 December, 2014, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Hedge Fire in Much Wenlock.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Church Stretton and Much Wenlock.

Large conifer tree well alight, electricity pylon also affected.
