At 06:31 on Wednesday, 14 January, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Rtc Persons Trapped in Wem.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Prees, Wellington and Wem. An Operations officer was in attendance.

RTC involving 1 vehicle that has slipped on ice. One male self released from vehicle prior to arrival of Fire Service, crews making vehicle safe only.
