At 18:58 on Sunday, 25 January, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Shifnal.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• Cutters/Spreaders

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

1 male with hand trapped between wheel and wheel arch of a saloon car, released using spreaders to lift vehicle. First aid rendered by Fire Service Personnel. Ambulance also in attendance.
