At 20:01 on Saturday, 7 March, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Wem.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Prees and Wem.

Fire Service Personnel assisted 1 elderly gentleman following a fall and provided 1st aid until arrival of Ambulance personnel.
