At 14:54 on Friday, 20 March, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Church Stretton .

2 fire appliances including the Pinzgauer were mobilised from Church Stretton.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .
