At 22:19 on Friday, 3 April, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Leighton.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Tweedale.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Chimney rods
• Stirrup pump
• Thermal imaging camera

Internal flue rodded using chimney rods, stirrup pump and thermal imaging camera in use.
