At 19:57 on Saturday, 16 May, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Tree Fire in Oswestry.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera

Large oak tree involved in fire, trunk severely damaged by fire.
