At 13:23 on Thursday, 21 May, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Rtc Persons Trapped in Bridgnorth Road, Rudge Heath .

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Wellington.

RTC involving 2 saloon cars. 1 casualty released from vehicle by fire service personnel using Holmatro cutting equipment and V struts to stabilise car. Casualty seen by ambulance crew at scene but did not require hospital treatment.
