At 13:55 on Thursday, 21 May, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in just before Junction 3 M54 Westbound.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Albrighton and Telford Central.

Fire involving grass on embankment at side of motorway. 1 hose reel jet in use to extinguish fire.
